Ready mixed concrete has to be discharged within about 90 minutes of batching, so the gap between plant and pour is a planning constraint rather than a detail. Hosur Road and the link road through Bommasandra both carry heavy peak-hour traffic. Batching from Vabasandra instead of from central or north Bengaluru shortens the haul, protects workability at the point of placement and makes pour slots easier to hold to.
